Suggested Use

Special Considerations
- Relieve and Repair works synergistically with Alkalini-C fully buffered, fully reduced l-ascorbate powder.
- There is an added benefit, if these two products are taken together. Generally, 1/2 tsp of Alkalini-C taken with one Relieve and Repair used from 1-3 times per day, works well.
- If you take more than one Relieve and Repair tablet per day, spread your tabs throughout the day.
