Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with food. Vitamin K2 is fat-soluble, so absorption improves when you take it with a mixed meal or some healthy dietary fat like eggs, olive oil, avocado, or nuts.

For bone support, K2 is commonly paired with vitamin D3, magnesium and calcium, so the calcium you absorb is directed to the skeleton.

Use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are pregnant, or take a prescription blood thinner such as warfarin, speak with your practitioner before adding vitamin K2.
